  • Book with Nikki Bridgman

    Nikki Bridgman

Nikki is a passionate advocate of Reflexology. Sharing similar principles to Acupuncture and Acupressure in Chinese Medicine, through application of gentle pressure to reflex points, Reflexology is thought to encourage deep relaxation and homeostasis of the body’s systems.

Feedback from reflexology fans say there are many ways this therapy benefits their sense of wellbeing so, to name just a few: Relaxation, restorative - general lift to mood and wellbeing, Pain management, Pregnancy support,Movement and balance, Pre and post operations and illness, Cancer care support, Mental health, Mind and heart (stress, anxiety, trauma, grief), Focus, clarity and confidence.

Nikki believes bodies are like maps displaying, often subtle, signs of how we are impacted by life’s events. The degree to which we feel supported and heard through any experience, at any age, can stay with us. Environmental, physical, mental and emotional stressors all influence the body’s systems.

When a system shifts out of balance, other issues might develop. Using her intuitive skill through reflexo!ogy, Nikki can help clients discover, and find ways to resolve, the past root of what may be manifesting in the body.

    Jenny Carden

Jenny has been working with plant medicine for 10 years, including training with Betonica and Heartwood education for four years to become a qualified medical herbalist. Medical Herbalists nbspundertake 500 hours of clinical examination training, and gain in-depth knowledge of phytochemistry, anatomy, physiology and pathology.

This enables them to treat the individual; considering all aspects of their health, in the way that will benefit them the most.

Jenny is also able to work with your diet, movement and general well-being, whilst understanding that one size doesn’t fit all! She does not hold with any strict nutritional regimes or exercise. Your body has had its own journey up until now, and whilst there are some fundamental facts about what we need to stay healthy and function well, there are also so many ways to go about achieving this in a way that works for you.

Medical Herbalists are also trained in the interactions and contraindications between plant and pharmaceutical medicine so they know what is safe, what needs careful monitoring, and also what cannot be done, which is just as important in terms of safety and healing for our patients.

    Daniela Stoeffin

Osteopathy is a form of treatment that can help with acute and chronic problems, e.g. back, neck or joint pain, headaches, stress related problems like sleeping difficulties, and rehabilitation after injuries. Cranial osteopaths use a gentle approach with a range of techniques for treating the whole body, these include working from the head but also mobilising the joints, fascial work, massage, gentle stretches etc. I also offer advice on lifestyle and exercises.
