Jenny is also able to work with your diet, movement and general well-being, whilst understanding that one size doesn’t fit all! She does not hold with any strict nutritional regimes or exercise. Your body has had its own journey up until now, and whilst there are some fundamental facts about what we need to stay healthy and function well, there are also so many ways to go about achieving this in a way that works for you.

Sarah is a qualified Reflexologist and has been practicing since 2001. She qualified as an Acupressure therapist in 2006 and gained a Certificate in Counselling in 2017. Sarah also has a seven year nursing background.
Reflexology can be beneficial in for many conditions including stress, muscular, sleep, hormonal, menstrual and digestive discomfort and much more.
Sarah really “listens” to her client’s feet by assessing and working the reflex points to support the whole person.
She connects holistically and individually, focusing on easing the specific imbalances presenting, with every treatment.
She has a warm approach and creates a calm, safe and nurturing space.
Sarah is a Full member of the Association of Reflexologists.
She increases her knowledge and enthusiasm with ongoing CPD courses and training.

Carly’s aim is to provide you with a safe and welcoming environment where your health and wellbeing comes first. She has a warm and caring approach, with each treatment tailored to your specific needs.
Carly started out her career as a Personal Trainer following on from her Degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences at the University of Exeter. It was from here that her passion grew for helping people back to a healthier and happier lifestyle. Carly went on to deliver exercise programmes for the ISCA Active Scheme, rehabilitating those referred from their GP for an array of health conditions. Carly wanted to develop further into being able to help people through a much more hands on experience and retained in Massage Therapy. Since retraining she hasn't looked back. She is passionate about what she does and feels very lucky to be part of many people’s journeys back to health and wellbeing.
Carly is also qualified in Pregnancy Massage, Seated Chair Massage and has worked and trained alongside a Physiotherapist in Trigger Point Therapy.
Carly is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) ensuring high standards in both training and practice. She loves gaining new knowledge and understanding of bodywork and achieves this through ongoing CPD courses. - Book with Anthony PurcellSports Massage

Anthony’s approach is to tailor your treatment to your specific needs in a welcoming, warm, professional environment.
Anthony has worked within the health and well-being industry for over 20 years. He started out as a strength and conditioning, injury-prevention and rehab coach. Over the years he has been lucky enough to have worked with elite athletes from professional cycling, triathlon and motor sport. It was a natural step for Anthony to qualify as a sports massage therapist so that he could further meet the needs of his clients.
Anthony owned a gym and physio practice in Central London for ten years and still trains his London-based clients on a weekly basis.
Anthony’s friendly, detailed approach combined with his extensive knowledge of body bio-mechanics will ensure you are in good hands. If you require help with a sports injury, are looking to aid training recovery or just require a relaxing wellness treatment, Anthony can help. - Book with Daniela StoeffinOsteopathy is a form of treatment that can help with acute and chronic problems, e.g. back, neck or joint pain, headaches, stress related problems like sleeping difficulties, and rehabilitation after injuries. Cranial osteopaths use a gentle approach with a range of techniques for treating the whole body, these include working from the head but also mobilising the joints, fascial work, massage, gentle stretches etc. I also offer advice on lifestyle and exercises.
